AMC Natural is the Data Controller of the data provided by the user and guarantees their confidential processing and security, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.
AMC Natural is part of the AMC Global group, whose holding company is AMC Global, S.L., which acts as the Data Processor in accordance with the aforementioned regulations. Their details are as follows:

What do we use your personal data for?
The user is hereby informed that AMC Natural will process the personal data provided by the user for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the user’s access to and use of the various contents on the website.
- User registrations to provide access to the various services available: view all our active job offers or leave us your resume for future vacancies; commercial and customer service.
- Informing the user by any means, including sending commercial communications to the email address provided by the user, about AMC Natural products and services.
- Conducting promotional activities about AMC Natural products, including sending commercial communications to the email address provided by the user.
- Additionally, user browsing data and cookies may be processed to improve user accessibility, personalize, and analyze browsing, according to our cookies policy, which must be accepted as a prerequisite for browsing our website.
- AMC Natural may also use the user’s dissociated data, always maintaining anonymity, even after the relationship has ended, to use them within its decision support and business management systems.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the consents obtained from the user, those derived from the use of the website, the contracting of products or services, and any other applicable basis at any given time.
User consents are obtained both at the time of user registration and through the different requests made within the website, and can be modified at any time by the user through the exercise of their rights. For user registration on the AMC Natural website, declaring majority age is required, as it is restricted for minors, so you declare and guarantee upon registration that you are of legal age. In any case, AMC Natural is exempt from processing data of minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
Who has access to your personal data?
The provision of services that AMC Natural offers through its website may require other third-party service providers to access user personal data as data processors. These service providers are located within the European Economic Area.
You are also informed that personal data may be transferred to other AMC Global companies for the same purposes described above.
In addition to the above, AMC Natural may make data transfers or communications to comply with its obligations to Public Administrations when required in accordance with the applicable legislation and, if applicable, to other bodies such as State Security Forces and the Judiciary.
What are the user’s rights?
The data provided to fill out forms is provided freely and voluntarily, so the data must be true and accurate. The user commits to using them diligently and not to making their username and password available to third parties.
The data provided by the user are necessary to carry out the intended purposes, and not providing them would make it impossible to manage the relationship.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the communicated data and must request their modification whenever necessary to ensure proper processing, the correct provision of requested services, and the realization of communications.
The user can exercise the rights of access, rectification, or, if applicable, request the deletion of their data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons.
The user may request the limitation of data processing in the circumstances established in Art. 18 of the GDPR, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
The user may withdraw the consent given at any time, opposing the processing of their data for a specific purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on prior consent or oppose it, in which case their personal data will only be kept for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
The user may request the portability of their personal data from AMC Natural, obtaining an electronic copy.
All these rights can be exercised by writing to AMC Natural at the following email address: dpo@amcglobalco.com – Attention: Data Protection Officer, indicating identifying data, contact address or email, reasons for the request, and supporting documentation, for which a document proving identity must be provided.
Exercising these rights is free of charge.
If the user does not obtain the desired response or satisfaction, AMC Natural informs them of their right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at C/Jorge Juan nº6, 28001 Madrid or via the Internet at: http://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/CanalDelCiudadano.
How long do we keep your personal data?
AMC Natural will retain user data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, if they have consented, for promotional actions for a period of two years. For other users, the data will be retained for a period of two years as well, notwithstanding the data retention obligations required by applicable legislation.
Ultimately, data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to the retention necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or as long as permitted by applicable legislation.
