AMC IDEAS, Rethinking Innovation, is the innovation division of AMC GLOBAL, with more than 32 leading European research projects and over 150 scientists and technologists dedicated to researching new trends, markets, technologies and the development of new ingredients and products.
At AMC IDEAS, we focus on strategic areas such as market research and global food trend analysis; consumer studies and the development of algorithms based on Big Data to maximize category results; clinical studies on health and nutrition to demonstrate the functionality of our products; the development and improvement of new sustainable and patented technologies for processing and extracting naturally functional bioactive ingredients. All of this is combined with a solid guarantee of sustainability, freshness and sensory excellence in the more than 400 new products launched into various international markets each year.
