BYAMC NATURAL
Development of a new prototype technological solution for supply chain optimization.
El proyecto SUPCHAINML, desarrollado por AMC Natural Drinks S.L. y Fruit Tech Natural S.A., forma parte de PERTE Agro y tiene como objetivo crear una solución tecnológica innovadora para la optimización de la cadena de suministro, la predicción de la demanda y el desarrollo de nuevos productos en el sector agroalimentario. Este proyecto se apoya en Big Data y Machine Learning para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos, predecir tendencias de consumo y mejorar la gestión de inventarios y logística.
El sistema prototipo que se desarrollará contribuirá a mejorar la eficiencia y rentabilidad de las empresas involucradas, además de promover la sostenibilidad del sector mediante la reducción de residuos y la optimización de recursos. A través de la digitalización de procesos clave, como la predicción de la demanda, la gestión de la producción y la optimización del transporte, AMC y FTN buscan fortalecer su competitividad, mejorar la trazabilidad de sus productos y fomentar una industria más eficiente y sostenible.
Este desarrollo se alinea con la evolución hacia bebidas naturales y saludables, como jugos orgánicos prensados en frío y bebidas de marca privada, apoyando la innovación en la creación de bebidas y en la fabricación de jugos y bebidas personalizadas para diferentes mercados, incluidas las opciones de bebidas energéticas saludables y de bajo contenido en azúcar.
El proyecto ha recibido una subvención en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, financiado por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo y la Unión Europea – Next Generation EU, reforzando el compromiso de las empresas con la innovación y el desarrollo en la industria de bebidas naturales y jugos.

The SUPCHAINML project, developed by AMC Natural Drinks S.L. and Fruit Tech Natural S.A., is part of PERTE Agro and aims to create an innovative technological solution for supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and new product development in the agri-food sector.
Using Big Data and Machine Learning, a prototype system will be developed that will allow for analyzing massive data, predicting consumption trends, and improving stock and logistics management. This will not only increase the efficiency and profitability of the companies involved but will also contribute to the sustainability of the sector by reducing waste and optimizing resources.
The project focuses on the digitalization of key processes, including demand forecasting, production management, and transportation optimization. With this development, AMC and FTN seek to strengthen their competitive position in the market, improve the traceability of their products, and foster a more efficient and sustainable industry.
